With over half of our core team being Kiwis, VOLO Build NZ is here to quickly deliver quality and cost-effective offsite manufactured structures to meet the building needs of New Zealand. We can build up to 14 storeys in a controlled factory environment that can be easily shipped from our home in Australia and installed on a range of terrains. We're able to supply large volumes of buildings at an efficient and affordable rate – to help tackle New Zealand's housing crisis and building materials shortages.
We have a solid background in delivering homes to families since our founder Garrick Bull launched G Developments in 2005 – a company committed to providing stylish, pre-designed, site-built homes to the Queensland and New South Wales market. Since then, we’ve delivered over 4,000 homes to families and established ourselves as experts in residential construction and property development.
We strive to remain highly adaptable across all construction methods, which is why we launched VOLO Modular in 2020. VOLO Modular delivers volumetric offsite manufactured homes using state-of-the-art construction techniques in our purpose-built factory in Queensland. This method is cost-effective, fast, and ensures high standards of quality due to the controlled building environment. We have delivered hundreds of homes and commercial structures through offsite manufactured building since opening in 2020.
